We provide free website listings for Landlords who wish to View, Reference and Draw up contracts for their own Properties. The process is simple!! Email us at freelistings@ProletsOnline.co.uk with a description of your property, monthly rental, when it's available and some photo's. Your property will then be active on our website within 24 hrs. Prospective tenants will email you direct, however your private email address will not be shown as we will use 'yourproperty'@ProletsOnline.co.uk.

Let Only Service

This service is ideal for landlords that live in the area and are able to deal with any maintenance issues promptly. It is advisable that these landlords have previous experience of managing property.

The Let Only Service includes the following:

• A property appraisal by our rental valuer
• External/ Internal photographs
• To Let board displayed at the property (where possible)
• Email/ Postal marketing of property details to prospective tenants
• Advertising in the local press
• Advertising on our top ranking website
• Advertising on national property internet portals

• Forwarding of details to local relocation agents
• Interview and assess applicant suitability
• Undertake prospective tenant referencing and/or credit checks
• Prepare/ sign tenancy agreement and other relative legal documents
• Collect deposit and 1st months rent and forward to you as part of a documentation package. Our fees will be deducted at this stage
• Arrange future rent payments direct by standing order into your bank account
• Extra services are available at additional cost
